Certainly, factory inspections are possible. And if distance is a concern, we also provide ZOOM for online factory inspection services.
We will gladly manufacture from 1 up to millions of parts regardless of how many you need. When you have 100 pieces or less, we recommend choosing prototype tooling since they are approximately 1/4 the price of production tooling. Going this route can reduce setup costs, but you will have to create production tooling if your design is successful and a larger quantity is needed. Designing a prototype aims to create a new design that will probably need to be revised later.
Suppose the silicone is provided with the actuation force (or webbing), and then the travel should be 0.04 to 0.05 in. If a metal dome provides actuation force, travel should be 0.00″ to 0.01″.

It depends on how the actuation force is applied. Typically, we recommend 50-55 shore A if no metal dome is under the button. The 60 shore A setting would be recommended if there is a metal dome under the button. We have a variety of shore A ratings available for your reference.
